Wha'choo Talking About Willis

We've been talking a lot about guilty pleasures recently. They're so good and so embarrassing you wouldn't dare admit them in public. What's yours? Let it out.

We all have 'em. I may or may not have a bit of a thing for emo music. As in bad pop emo like, Panic! At The Disco and AFI. It's so fun and so camp how can you not want to sing it in your car at ear-drum bursting volume. I might (or might not) be really bummed that I can't see either of these bands live when they are in Australia as I would then have to admit to it (and spend a wad of cash on tickets).

I guess the emo thang ain't that bad or even that uncommon. But I swear as you get older they get worse and at the same time you have less and less shame. This must be why parents are never cool. I turned 24 the other week, which is getting into the scary 20's, and now I can't stop saying stuff like "Jeepers Creepers" and "Ah nuts".

Huh. What's this?

How did that get there? I have absolutely no idea how that happened!

Oh yeah, did I mention that I'm bringing sexy back! Shhhh.

Anyway, for real this week I've been listening to Ben Kweller and The Hold Steady and you should too. Also listen to this guy's myspace... Super prettiful, no?

Peace, Love and black side-swept fringes to y'all!
